Your Creator Adores You!

I am not Worthy of Mercy, but my Savior gives it to me anyway.

He defends me in front of God everyday for my sins. Yes, I am a sinner. A broken soul of a woman. A person who has committed sins and hurt people in unimaginable ways, but my God doesn’t see it that way because Jesus defends me.

God sees me as his chosen child. He sees me as someone who has a heart for him. Someone who despite all the pain and heartache I’ve felt over the years, in times of trouble, I still turn to him. In fact the more I’ve been troubled the more I’ve learned to turn to him with my problems.

Maybe thats why in Gods eyes I’m valued. I may not be much value to some, but to God I’m everything. I’m so special to him that he sent his son to die for my sins so that we could spend eternity together. Jesus is my savior and I will never stop loving him, praising him, and delighting in the way he has changed my life.

If he hasn’t already yet, he can give that to you as well. Why? Because Jesus died for your sins too. He did this so you could spend your eternity in Heaven with Him. I hope that God provides you with the understanding of how worthy you are in this world and to him. I hope that you know just how loved you really are.

I pray this reality for everyone, I pray that no matter what anyone has been through that they can come to understand that they matter. If not to anyone else, they matter to the one who created them. So I will rejoice with you. As someone who hasn’t ever felt worthy of love, and knows that pain of rejection all too well; I will sit with you today. I acknowledge that for us this thought from the enemy is not true, because the one that created us adores who we are, and loves us beyond what anyone ever could.
