Keep Their Memories Alive

When the people you love in your life become just a memory or a picture, you hold the picture and wonder what life would be like now if they were still alive. Or when you see a picture of someone you love, but never knew and begin to think about who they were and what your life could have been like with them in it. You are overcome with emotions.

Why do we always live in the what if’s and the wonder why’s? I think about this a lot. My mind wonders as I imagine how different it could have been if a loved one or friend was still alive. I think about all the possibilities and how I could have made a difference. We can’t think like that though, because everything has passed by already.

Let’s learn to move forward and carry their memories in a way of honor. Our loved ones and friends wouldn’t want to see us hurting or failing at life. So let’s live for the ones we love, this is what keeps their memories alive.
