Today I woke up feeling so blessed and thankful.
Yesterday after 8 long years I drove my own car around town to go do things that I needed to do for my family. The feeling was indescribable and it will probably take some time to fully process, because my family was blessed with a car through a program called Mechanics on a Mission and through my church family from Citipointe Church here in Nashville.
I will never be able to thank them enough for their kindness towards my family. It’s been such a struggle over the years for me personally not having transportation and then even harder over this last year since my husband was in a bad car accident and we lost our car.
But God, stayed faithful to us. Why? Because we stayed strong and literally walked the walk with him. God is faithful to us and we are faithful to him. He will provide for us, and we will believe in Him.
This car is more than just a ride to store, this car will allow me to do the things in the Kingdom of God that I believe he is leading me to do. So as I sit here writing this message with tears of joy, just know that sincere gratitude is dancing around in my heart.
Kindness to others can change everything. This blessing right here, is going to allow me to help multiply generosity in my community. I can’t wait to see what me & Jesus do next!
