Goodbye 2021, Hello 2022

This year has been a hard year for me, but it has also had some very amazing moments. I lost a lot of people I love and care for including my best friend and my nephew, but I've met some wonderful people and made beautiful music.

I've also accomplished a lot of goals I set for myself including finishing my book and starting my weight loss journey. I grew closer in my relationships with my family and friends, also mending some past issues.

I know life isn't perfect and I will have my hardships, but I see things differently now because I completely rely on God. I'm not perfect in that either, I go days, even months without reading His words sometimes, but I strive to live better every day and I converse with Him daily.

I pray that everyone including my family and I have a good New Year. I know things won't be exactly the way I planned, but they will be exactly the way God has planned and I'm excited to see the outcome of that.
